📣 NOTES FOR USE OF CRUCIBLE： 📣 ① Can not use gasoline spray gun, acetylene gun or alcohol burner direct heating, to avoid the product uneven heat caused by cracking phenomenon. 📣 ② Heating or cooling speed can not be too fast, the temperature change below 1200°C should be <5°C/ min, the temperature change above 1200°C should be <4°C/ min, it is recommended to turn off the power at high temperature when cooling, with the furnace cooling speed is too fast in the early stage, may lead to product cracking. 📣 ③ The distance between the product and the heating body (such as carbon tube, silicon molybdenum rod or heating wire, etc.) should be >5cm. Must not be used to burn carbon and iron related products. 📣 ④ The bottom of the large crucible should not be in direct contact with the bottom of the furnace as far as possible, and it is necessary to use temperature resistant substances such as corundum foot pads to aerial the crucible to form air convection to extend the service life of the product. 📣 ⑤ The fired product can not contain toner, iron powder, aluminum powder and other materials containing metal elements, so as to avoid the external temperature cooling too fast when these materials cool down, and the internal heat storage temperature cooling too slowly, resulting in excessive temperature difference causing the crucible peeling damage. 📣 ⑥The inlet and outlet temperature should be room temperature to avoid excessive temperature difference between the inlet and outlet temperature and the outside room temperature resulting in damage to the crucible.
